    Default Walmart med prices

Just in case... this might help a few of you without insurance.
A few weeks ago I stopped at Walmart to get Danni's refills
for her thyroid med and the guy didn't bother with our insurance.

The cost of her generic Synthroid was $4.00 for a 30day supply

Then today I needed a refill on a few of my meds. And danni needed
another script filled. Danni's Metformin (not generic) was $8.00 instead
of our $10 copay. Her thyroid med was still $4.00. Of course LOL my
meds were normal price! For my refills I walked out sulking after a hefty
bill of $129.00 and thats JUST my copay prices.. UG!

I told Mike on the way home... "JUST SHOOT ME, NOW!"

So I suggest calling your local Walmart and read them off a list of your
meds and see if they're covered under their new reduced price list. It's
just not Cold and Antibotics like our local Meijer's are doing.

I checked with our local store and picked up a copy of the covered meds.
My wife is on eight prescriptions, and I have two. They cover two of hers
and one of mine. Total projected savings: $10 per month.
