Default Wine and BGs

Yesterday, I bought a bottle of "alcohol removed" wine. It's the worst
tasting wine imaginable but, once you get over the "this ain't wine" part,
it turns into a rather tasty sipping beverage. I'm wondering if the health
benefits remain? No alcohol means it's probably not going to do anything for
my bgs. What I drink on my days off is all the alcohol I'm allowed but I
love wine with dinner. I'm gonna try it tonight (your morning, my night..)

John

That's right, there is a difference...about $5 - $10.00 a bottle.

Is that the new cheese thing here that is in a tube and you squeeze it out,

One of my kids' friends would ONLY eat a sandwich of that stuff on
white bread for lunch. EWWW! My kids took a bite each, never again.

Unfortunately I've never managed to persuade them that red wine is
undrinkable. They always ask for a sip of mine, and about half the
time then want a (small) glass of their own.
