Workplace discrimination article

I was outraged when I read this article.
I haven't encountered any problems in my workplace and was surprised to find
out some of the petty BS diabetics are facing elsewhere.

I haven't had to ask for any "accommodation" in my case but have no doubt
that it would be granted if I needed to.
I've got several employees in my department that we have modified situations
to work with. I thought it was good business to do so. Apparently others
aren't quite as flexible in their management practices.

Too bad for them. They are losing good employees in some of the cases.
