Yet another question

Thank you all for your patience! Your answers are helping me a lot. I
hope to be going to the doctor next week, but in the mean time perhaps
you all can give me mental relief. I'm experiencing burning in the leg
today. How do I know if it's an internal vercose vein or if it's leg
neuropathy. I don't normally get this during the day so it's a new
development.
