several US pharmacies have been busted doctoring prescriptions,
diluting them and even substituting them with worthless placebos.
Dateline and CNN have both done stories on the problem several times.
Remember the pharmacist charged with multiple counts of fraud and
other charges for diluting cancer meds? That was in the USA.
