Default In the 170s!!!

My weight this morning was 81.75 kg which is.... ta dah! 179.9 lb!

I'm in the 170s now - a total loss of over 95 lb. And a new BMI of
27.0.

I think my increased activity overall (I've been very busy these past
couple of weeks) and more walking has maybe helped.

Yay!!!!!!! Brilliant Doug! Seems like only yesterday you were saying that
once you were under 200, you'd be happy!

Let's see. According to my spreadsheet that would have been back the
first week of May. So it has taken me over 6 months (!) to lose the 20
lb from 199.8 lb to this morning's 179.2 lb. So weight loss definitely
does slow down.

As all of us know, though, the mere fact that we are losing (no matter
how slowly) is a fantastic feeling compared to that creeping weight
gain we have all experienced. I think this is because (1) eating
healthier makes us feel better physically and emotionally and (2) we
know it is "just a matter of time".

doug@this morning's BMI is now 26.9

Doug, you're amazing! Congratulations!

I don't recall if you've said what your goal weight is, if you have
one. You must be getting close to done, no?
