Default 2-year anniversary

On 1/16/04 , at 230 pounds, I discovered the WW "Core" plan.
Two years later, still holding at 175 pounds and not feeling deprived
of anything.

I'm headed back to Core when I get the green light. As it is now, I've
already been doing it somewhat since I got out of the hosp.

Awesome! Congrats! It's a great feeling to find something you stick
with and know that you can continue doing for the rest of your life.
Too many people think they have to deprive themselves and it's simply
not true.
