Trying to loss weight with no success? Are you doing everything that
is told but things don't go as you plan?
Maybe you are doing something wrong! The most frustrating thing in the
world is starting a diet or some kind of weight loss program, and then
discovering that you were wrong all the way.

I have a nice strategy for loosing weight naturally. Let me remember you
onething that " If you recognize and fulfill the needs of your body, it
will fulfill your needs"...
please check :
1. Take balanced diet.
2. Take atleast 5 litres of water a day.
3. Avoid unprocessed foods.
4. Physical exercise like yoga or pilates.
5. Fasting once in a week.
- Loosing weight is not easy as weight gain. It demands determination...
