MEAT: lamb, milky products of ewe,

FISHES, CRUSTACEANS AND MOLLUSCS: anchovy, angler fish, bib, blue

Norway lobster, octopus, red mullet, sea bream, squid, trout,

OILS: soy bean, olive,

VEGETABLES: artichoke asparagus, bean, beet, beetroot, broad bean,
cabbage (caulifloer, broccoli), cucumber, escarole, pumpkin (gourd,
squash, marrow, courgette), pea, radish, turnip,

FRUITS: banana, blackberry, cherry, chestnut, coconut, custard apple,
date, grapefruit, lemon, mango, orange, pawpaw, persimmon, pineapple,
pomegranate, strawberry, tangerine, watermelon, almond, hazelnut, peach,
quince, olive,

DRINKS: beer (malt), coffee?,
