Abstain to eat:

barley, maize, wheat, rice,

beef, milk and cheese of cow,
sheep, milk and cheese
poultry and eggs,
fish with scales,
rabbit, crustaceans

peas, lentiles, soy-beans,

oil of olive, oil soy-bean

radishes, watercress, beets, beetroot and his sugar,
cabbages (Brassica), cucumber, pumpkins, marrows,
olives, rapes,


apricots, peaches, persimmons, apples, pears, grapes,
oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, lemons, melons, watermelons,



almonds, pine nuts,

CEREALS:
oats, millet, rye,

MEAT:
pork
goat, milk and cheese of goat,
fish without scales, molluscs (squids, mussels, octopus, etc.)

PULSE:

sunflower,

VEGETABLES:
celeries, garlics, onions, leeks, green and red pepers(?), aubergines(?)
(eggplants), tomatoes(?), lettuces, artichokes, endives, wood mushrooms,

NUTS:
walnuts, hazel nuts,

FECULAS: chestnuts, acorns, patatoes(?),


FRUITS: pomegranates, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries(?),
