Abstain to eat:

MEAT: pork, sheep, crustaceans, goat, poultry and its eggs,

LEGUMS: beans, chickpeas,

OILS: bean-soy, sunflower, rape

VEGETABLES: artichokes, broccoli, Brussels-sprouts, cabbages, carrots,
cauliflowers, celeries, chicory, cucumbers, endives, lettuces, parsley,
pumpkins, radishes, rapes,

FRUITS: bananas?, grapefruits, figs, lemons, melons, oranges,
tangerines, watermelons,

DRY FRUITS: raisins,

NUTS: hazelnuts,

FECULAS:

DRINKS: coffee?, wine,

It is suggested to eat because it be in season the following food:

CEREALS: rye, barley, maize,

MEAT: beef, milky products of cow, fishes, molluscs, rabbits?,

PULSE: peas?, lentils, French beans,
