hey my name is aaron
i'm from pennsylvania
i'm 14 (probably not supposed to say my age but o well)

I weigh 184 and My goal is 140. I plan on reaching my goal BY January 1, 2008.

This goal was baed on height, 5ft, body frame size, large, and age, 14

I know slow and steady always wins in the end but I get really bored, really easily. I also hate doing excercizes and walking. I love resting all day long. My body hates moving and loves resting. I am always tired but I eat healthy. I eat only salads with meat, veggies, cheese and so on. I also don't eat white, flour, breadt AT ALL. My mom read it's basically poison. But I do eat the fober and grain breads. I also eat 5 small meals a day and not 3 large because 5 small maked your metabolism go faster. Any advice on what foods boost metabolism alot???

Also I know people say it took you along time to gain weight so it will take along time to lose it. That is not necessarily true for some people.

There are no shortcuts. You need to restrict your calorie intake or exercise more to lose weight. 3 or 5 meals a day doesn't matter if the total number of calories stay the same, eat the way that works best for you. I know of no types of food that increases your metabolism significantly.
