i'm from pennsylvania
i'm 14 (probably not supposed to say my age but o well)
I weigh 184 and My goal is 140. I plan on reaching my goal BY January 1, 2008.
This goal was baed on height, 5ft, body frame size, large, and age, 14
I know slow and steady always wins in the end but I get really bored, really easily. I also hate doing excercizes and walking. I love resting all day long. My body hates moving and loves resting. I am always tired but I eat healthy. I eat only salads with meat, veggies, cheese and so on. I also don't eat white, flour, breadt AT ALL. My mom read it's basically poison. But I do eat the fober and grain breads. I also eat 5 small meals a day and not 3 large because 5 small maked your metabolism go faster. Any advice on what foods boost metabolism alot???
Also I know people say it took you along time to gain weight so it will take along time to lose it. That is not necessarily true for some people.
