Default back again

Well after lots of upheaval & things happening in my life I went back to the
gym today after a 10 week lay off from exercising & dieting.

Weighed at the gym & was 15stone 11 pounds or in american 221pounds ouch
that hurt gain of 15 pounds & boy do I feel it.

Will have to get disciplined again, felt great after my gym session though.

Sorry to hear that your goal got sidetracked by life, Gary. But at
least you recognized what was happening and are getting back on track.
I've had several times where I stopped losing and even gained a bit.
The important thing is to just soldier on after a setback! Good luck,
and hope to see you posting around here.

Welcome back, Gary. Sorry to read about the weight gain, but you now
know what to do to get rid of it. As the ads say, just do it! :-)

Welcome back, Gary.

Many of us have been in the same place you are at the moment. In the 10
years since I originally lost my weight I've had periods where I've slipped
and regained a few pounds.

Just jump back into your diet and exercise routine and you'll do great.

Beverly

At least you realized while your current weight was still below your
starting weight, and you weren't that overweight to begin with.

Is your diet difficult to follow? I'm finding that as long as I eat
three to four meals per day and limit eating out, I naturally don't
gain weight. Perhaps it's different at your weight.

Hi

Although I may not be as overwight as some people on this forum however, due
to my obesity I am now suffering from type 2 diabetes controlled by diet &
exercise & have to take statins for high cholestral, all this at the age of
35 I am now 37 & after doing so well I am now struggling.

I just seem to be hungry all the time, I am eating regularly but just want
that bit more. I am sure it is more psychological than a physical problem
