Default Back from a long weekend

I spent a long weekend in Chicago with friends. Much alcohol was consumed
:-) though I rarely drink. Eating right was sometimes
challenging/impossible. But I think I did okay. I ordered fish whenever I
could. While waiting to meet a friend's train I drank a thing called a
Jamba Juice that was apparently pretty glycogenic -- a couple of hours
later, I had an awful case of the shakes.

Anyway, it was a great trip, and it's good to be home, and now I look
forward to getting back into a healthy routine.

I visited Chicago a couple years ago. The clubs and pier were fun--but
my favorite part was the artwork. Walking around the city, you'll
stumble upon dozens of little gallerias. And the Art Institute of
Chicago is beyond words--I've never seen so many magnificent paintings
in one place. I could have spent weeks there.

It's worth it, on these occasions.

Jamba Juice... yummy, but as sugary as you get. My favorite is the
Orange Dream Machine with 105g of sugar per serving.

You're doing just what needs to be done by jumping right back on track.

Glad you had a good time.
