That's a good start. You might also want to limit the portions of nuts,
seeds, etc that you have, 25 grams of nuts every two days is PLENTY.
I would also suggest restricting your portion sizes of potatoes, pasta, rice, cheese, etc.
Avoid cream and butter. Have these on special occasions only.
Otherwise that's a very good plan.
It is a good plan, BUT the recommended amount of steps a day can vary considerably for each person depending on height/weight/lifestyle. Make sure the meals are very wholesome, not too small but make sure you keep an eye on the fat content as well as other factors like salt/sugar etc. |
