Default Best tip for a 1800 calorie low fat diet

    Hello,
My Name is Rob.Let me tell you a story about me.
I am 37 years old and work in an office.
As you could imagine there was not much time to go jogging or to the
    gym.
After years I got really fat.My wife told me that I look totally
    different.
At this point I knew I had to find a low fat diet to get in shape
    again.
I looked in the internet for good 1800 calorie low fat diets but just
found things that I knew myself.
I had to find something that was new to me,a real guide that provides
me with tips and food I have to eat
and then I found Fat Burning Furnace. You maybe heard of that?I
totally never heard of it.But I was curious.
I looked at the site and thought "A guide with I have to pay for?,No
    thanks."
But I searched for 1800 calorie low fat diet and searched and searched
and what I had find after weeks or searching?
Nothing!I got desperate and one day at work I remembered the site
which says follow my guide,do 45 minutes A WEEK! my exercises
and you will get fast results.
As I found no other solution I bought the guide. It went fast and I had
    no troubles to buy it.
And after weeks of following this guide I can tell you it was really
worth buying the guide as I lost 25 pounds already.
It told me what to eat,and what not.And not just that,he told me why!I
am able to relate why I do this steps!
And he told me to do his exercises 45 minutes a week and he doesn't
lie.If you follow his guide uninterrupted you will get your
results within weeks. Not months, not years but weeks.
The guide gave me back my selfconfidence and my bmi 24.
I will follow this guide until I can see my abs and maybe you want to
    do this too?
Here you can look at it and try it out. You have nothing to lose, just
    to win!

Don't blindly click on a link unless security is
totally locked down, otherwise malware can execute.
That's why many spammers conceal the destination URL
using miniurl.com or tinyurl.com. Clicking on one
of these links could cause all sorts of damage.

It is just a normal website.
What should happen if you click on a link?
A trojan downloads itself because you entered a website?
You can just look at it and if you don't like it , just close it but
please don't judge it before you've seen it.
It's the link to the fat burning furnace program just try it.

Yes indeed a trojan or other bad stuff can download itself if you
click on a link to an infected site. If you are so ignorant as to not
know that, why should anyone listen to you?

So how can I hack anyone if I don't even know that it's possible.?
By the way what should I hack?
Have you ever visited my link?
It's just safe! You should stop flaming around how dangerous it can be
if it is just a website.
I doubt trojans can download themselves without someone clicking on
    download.
Just check my link or be quite.

    That's what they all say.

    > By the way what should I hack?

People take over computers to create botnets,
which are used to send e-mail spam, etc.
    Sometimes people install keystroke loggers
    to capture passwords, etc.
