Beware WeightWatchers.com

I told a friend about how I originally got started on my weight loss
at WW.com.

She signed up, but didn't really get into it, so she cancelled after a
few days.

They charged her credit card $65 anyway, and won't respond to her
emails, so she had to dispute it with the CC company.

That's too bad. I've never had problems with their site the both times I
signed up and cancelled.

How many days is "a few"? The free trial period is 7 days. then you
are charged 65 bucks. The web site is very clear. Did she not read the
conditions. ?

I'm very surprised that WW would refuse to honor what they are supposed to.
As staff I can tell you that the members are ALWAYS RIGHT... grrr

Either you don't have the whole story, or there's a mistake made somewhere..
but if its due to her, she'll get it.

4 days. We have confirmation emails of both the start date and the
cancellation date. I'm sure we'll get the refund eventually.
