Default Calorie Question

I've gotten a box of mandarin oranges [christmas oranges, tangerines,
they go by many names]. Yum. I can't find the calorie amount for them
anywhere on-line. Fitday only lists them under canned/frozen. Can
someone help me find the amount? My googling ability is low.

Also do you think they would make good snack foods?

Weight has begun to slightly rise up. Have to get on top of that. The
darn X-mas baking my mom is doing isn't helping any

This site is excellent for finding the values of food.

Of course they'll make a good snack. They're also good added to salads.
