Well, at least I actually eked out a loss this week, after two weeks in a
row of gains. A small loss, but I'll take it!
This week my average daily calories came to 1689 calories/day (more than
last week) so my CPP (calories per pound per day needed to maintain weight)
was 10.4, which is actually about what my long term average has been. So
that is reassuring.
My "rolling 4 week average" dropped, though, to *minus* 0.1 lb/week. In
other words, a rolling 4 week net gain. This happened once before, in June,
so I'm not concerned - particularly since I did end up losing a bit this
week. So hopefully things are back on track now.
