Default Easy weight loss with healthy foods

About a year and a half ago I started eating some healthy foods, but
still ate some unhealthy foods too. The weight loss was little or none
and I still didn't feel as good as I wanted. It wasn't nearly good
enough. Then a few months ago, I ate only healthy foods for a couple of
days and noticed I felt amazingly great. Then starting a couple of
weeks ago, I switched over to a 100% strictly healthy diet. I feel
vastly better and the pounds are flying off. I lost 12 pounds in less
than 2 weeks without hardly even trying.

My diet includes raw fruits, raw vegetables, wild salmon, fish oil
pills, raw nuts, brown rice, and green tea. I mainly go for vegetables
that are higher in nutrients. That's why I don't eat white potatoes or
iceburg lettuce. I eat sweet potatoes and spinach instead. They're much
more nutritious, as the darker color indicates more nutrients.

I saw a few nutrition/health/weight-loss shows on PBS recently and they
all recommended basically the same foods. I also increased my intake of
fish oil pills because Dr. Perricone said it helps you burn fat (among
many other benefits).

I do only moderate exercise - some walking and lifting dumbbells. I got
plenty of sleep. I started eating breakfast and have stopped eating
several hours before bedtime. I eat small frequent meals throughout the
day. Oftentimes I graze slowly on raw nuts and fruits, eating a little
bit at a time.

I cut out completely anything made from flour, because I've realized
flour makes me feel sick and tired and depressed. Flour drains my
energy. So no bread, pasta, pizza, etc. I have cut out sugar too. Sugar
I found out is extremely toxic to your body and does many harmful
things to you besides making you fat. It messes up your liver and your
skin, for example. Sugar is much worse than I thought. All those
Snackwell non-fat cookies are stupid as hell. The processed food
industry has really screwed the public over with poisonous garbage. But
for me, I think flour is my worst enemy. I feel so much better just
from not eating flour products anymore.

Now I feel like for the first time I really know what I'm doing as far
as the one, true, right way to lose weight. The weight is coming off
fast. I feel super healthy and energized. My mood is great. I feel so
good. I feel strong. I feel confident. I don't have cravings for junk
food anymore. I don't feel starved. I feel slimmer, stronger, lighter,
and more energetic.

I saw a PBS show by Dr. Perricone. I'm going to get his weight loss
book. I have a strong feeling that his book is probably the best weight
loss book out there. He has some additional tips and supplements that I
never heard of before.

Basically I've changed my lifestyle, like people are always
recommending. I swear I will NEVER go back to eating unhealthy on a
regular basis. That stuff is DEATH. I have been sick and tired for far
too long. Enough is enough!
