Am new to this group!
Did some 'incidental' exercise today. The sort I love the most!!!
Walking around the shops...
Clocked up 1 1/2 hours of walking around a shopping centre and then
went to a Plant nursery with my mum and spent another 1/2 hr walking
- slowly - around looking at the plants...
After the welcome rain of the night before, the day turned out sunny
which made the trip, and subsequent slow walk around the nursery all
the more enjoyable!
This Monday I have an appointment with a Dietician. She'll weigh me -
Yuck...
I have been putting off going but I thought I'd "bite the bullet" and
make another appointment.
Last time I went she wanted me to keep a track of when I was eating
overnight- by putting a sticker on the calendar. Today I went and
bought some more stickers to begin - again - to follow this
suggestion.
That's all my news for now.
