A quiet Thursday -- stayed home most of the day, and went for a run in
the mid-afternoon when it was warmest. Afterward I went by the winery
for a while. My wine group is going to be starting to hold its
monthly meetings there -- first one this coming Sunday evening -- and
I went to take care of some logistics (I'm the wine group
chairperson).

* 8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 12:45 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on 1 slice whole
wheat bread (out of buns today) w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle
slices, & catsup
* 2:15 (home): 4 Kraft caramels
* 4:30 (winery): 9 oz. wine; 4 water crackers w/ 3 tbs cheese spread;
1 slice summer sausage (leftovers from a meeting)
* 9:15 (home): 2 cups beef vegetable soup
Totals: 1481 (173 from alcohol), 35g fat (21%), 135g carbs
(37%), 111g protein (30%)
Exercise:
* 2:45 -- 3 mile run
