today), then stopped by the winery for a visit.

* 12:45 (conservancy -- brought with me): 1 oz. peanuts
* 2:30 (conservancy -- brought with me): 1 cup light peach yogurt
* 4:30 (winery): 9 oz. wine
* 7:45 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup;
1/4 oz. dark chocolate (just finishing off the box)
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt
Totals: 1484 calories (173 from alcohol), 38g fat (23%), 110g carbs
(30%), 134g protein (36%)

* 10:00 -- 3 mile run
