Went to the dentist in the late morning, then bought a sandwich at
Subway and took it over to the winery to eat with some wine. Didn't
get out to run today, as it was too cold and damp for me. (I'm not a
fanatic about running regardless of weather, but if it's also too bad
for running on Sunday -- as it looks like it might be -- I will go to
the gym to do some cardio.
Food:
* 6:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 9:45 (home): energy bar
* 1:00 (winery): Subway sandwich -- 6" roast beef on rye -- no cheese
or mayo; 9 oz. wine
* 2:45 (home): 1 mini designer chocolate truffle
* 8:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 10:30 (home -- planned): 1 oz. peanuts
