Spent most of the day at home, with a mid-day run. In the afternoon I
went by the winery for a while and then to buy some groceries. (I was
supposed to do volunteer week at the conservancy today, but the
naturalist phone this morning and asked me to come Thursday instead,
as he's trying to get over a sinus infection.)

* 8:15 (home): 2 cups "Savory Pot Roast" soup
* 9:30 (home): 1 oz. dark chocolate
Totals: 1523 calories (173 from alcohol), 33g fat (20%), 152g carbs
(40%), 112g protein (29%)
Exercise:
12:00 -- 4 mile run {Usually I do 3 miles on weekdays, but since I
didn't exercise yesterday and it was a nice day out I felt like doing
a little more.}
