    Default Food & Exercise -- 1/21/2007 (yesterday)

    We had snow here yesterday so I didn't run outdoors, but instead went
    to the gym. It turned out that the driving was really terrible --
    only 2-3" of snow, but very icy -- lots of car spinning out all over
    the place. So it took us about an hour to go the 15 miles to the gym,
    so I had to cut my workout short. Afterward we went to my friends'
    raclette party. Fortunately they live very close to the gym, and
    after the party the roads were a fair bit better.

    Food :

    * 10:00 (home): 17g All Bran, 43g l/f granola, 26g whey protein, 1 cup
    skim milk
    * 1:30 (home): 2 eggs scrambled w/ 2 slices f/f cheese
    * 2:15 (home): small dark chocolate truffle
    * 4:30 -- 7:30 (raclette party): 10 oz. wine, 4 1/2 oz. raclette
    cheese, melted over 4 oz. boiled potatoes, 2 oz. broccoli, 2 oz.
    hearts of palm; 1/4 cup chocolate fondue w/ a dozen or so pieces of
    fruit and a few cubes of pound cake

    Totals: 2344 calories (190 from alcohol), 95g fat (36%), 233g carbs
    (40%), 99g protein (17%)

    Exercise: 8 minutes each treadmill run, spinning bike, rowing
    machine, stair climber

    I wasn't very hungry is all -- had the normal sort this morning again
    :-).
