Stayed home during the day, except for a trip to a local garage to get
my car inspected. Didn't get out for my usual Thursday run, as it was
very cold with snow showers. In the evening DH and I went out for a
casual Thai dinner and then to a cabaret concert (James Naughton --
primarily an actor, with a couple of Tony awards for City of Angels
and Chicago -- a Brown classmate of DH's).
Food:
* 7:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 11:00 (home): 2 multigrain crackers w/ 24g reduced-fat peanut butter
* 1:45 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup
* 3:45 (home): mini chocolate truffle
* 6:00 (Thai restaurant): split an order of garlic shrimp and an order
of pad thai w/ DH -- ate almost half of the shrimp (~3 1/2 oz., plus 2
oz. each broccoli & carrots), and 1/4-1/3 of the pad thai (about 3/4
cup); 5 oz. wine
* 7:30 (concert venue bar area, before concert): 5 oz. wine
Totals: 1368 calories (190 from alcohol), 35g fat (23%), 119g carbs
(35%), 100g protein (29%)
