hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 4:30 (home): pear
* 7:00 (home): 5 oz. wine
* 8:45 (home): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 1 cup other veggies, 171g
grilled salmon, 3 tbsp f/f vidalia onion dressing
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 1 oz. dark chocolate
Totals: 1581 calories (95 from wine), 44g fat (25%), 127g carbs (32%),
144g protein (37%)
