conservancy, then visited at the winery for a while, then came home
and spent 4 hours reviewing documents for my consulting work.

* 1:00 (conservancy, after we finished): sandwich w/ 1 slice whole
grain bread, 2 oz. roast beef, mustard
* 1:30 -- 3:30 (winery): 9 oz. wine; 1 biscotti
* 8:45 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt
Totals: 1495 calories (173 from alcohol), 33g fat (20%), 124g carbs
(33%), 135g protein (36%)
Exercise:
10:00 -- 1:00: 3 hours shoveling, carting, and spreading mulch
