* 2:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 5:00 (home): 1 pear
* 7:30 (home): 2 cups chunky pot roast soup; 7 1/8 oz. wine
* 9:00 (home -- planned): 1 oz. dark chocolate
Totals: 1483(133 from alcohol), 33g fat (20%), 151g carbs (41%), 112g
protein (30%)
Exercise:
10:00 -- Lifting: walking lunges w/ bar on back; rising on one leg
from seated position on a bench; leg extensions; leg curls; calf
extensions; hip abductor; hip adductor
11:00 -- 75 minute vinyasa yoga class
