then spent the afternoon reviewing documents for my consulting work.

hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 3:00 (home): 3 Kraft caramels
* 8:45 (home): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 1 cup other veggies, 193g
salmon, 14g dried cranberries, 3 tbsp f/f cranberry vinaigrette; 5 oz.
wine
Totals: 1570 calories (95 from alcohol), 39g fat (23%), 123g carbs
(35%), 148g protein (38%)
Averages for the week: 1497 calories, 23% fat, 35% carbs, 34% protein
Exercise: 1 hour hip-hop cardio class
