Wow, it's already October! Just in the last couple of days we've
finally started to have some fall-like weather here -- very welcome!
Today I did my usual gym stuff, then some grocery shopping at TJs and
the supermarket, then home. Back to my normal eating pattern after a
weekend of debauchery :-).
Food:
* 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried
blueberries
* 11:00 (gym, between lifting & yoga): 1 pack Sun Chips
* 3:15 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 6:00 ~1 cup red grapes
* 8:00 (home): large salad w/ greens, veggies, ~3 oz. filet mignon
(some of our leftover from the Morton's dinner), ~1/2 oz. crumbed blue
cheese, calorie-free blue cheese dressing; 1 glass wine (Bordeaux-
style blend)
Exercise:
* 10:15: lifting: chin-up negatives; lat pulldown; bench press; cable
chest fly; DB shoulder press; standing BB curls; lying BB overhead
triceps extensions, immediately followed by close-grip press
* 11:15: 75-minute yoga class -- focus on shoulders
* 12:45: swimming: 350 meters
