Went for my usual Tuesday morning run. I was supposed to work at the
Conservancy this afternoon but the director called and asked me to
come Thursday instead, so I just did some housework and went by the
winery for a while.
Food:
* 7:15 (home): granola bar
* 10:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & freeze-dried
strawberries
* 12:30 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/
f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 3:30 (winery): 2 glasses wine (1 Chardonnay, 1 Meritage (Bordeaux-
style blend))
* 5:15 (home): 2 multi-grain crackers
* 7:45 (home): 2 chicken/turkey/basil sausages; 2/3 cup baked beans
Exercise:
* 9:00: 3 mile run
