Slept in late this morning, then did a little consulting task while my
hosts were at work. Tom came home in the early afternoon and we went
out to lunch, then later to work out. Had dinner here at the house.

* 9:00 (Tom's house): 1 1/2 cups All Bran w/ yogurt bits, 2/3 cup skim

* 11:45 (Tom's house -- stuff from our travel stash): 1 oz. mixed nuts;
3 caramels
* 1:45 (restaurant): small bowl chicken vegetable soup; 1/3 order of
fried calamari; 4 oz. spiced shrimp; 1 piece French bread; 5 oz. wine
* 7:30 (Tom's house): 1 cup tossed salad w/ 1/2 tbs Italian dressing; 3
oz (uncooked measure) spaghetti w/ 3/4 cup meat sauce; 5 oz. wine; 1
sweet roll
Totals: 1934 calories (190 from wine), 57g fat (27%), 256g carbs (53%),
74g protein (15%)
Exercise:
4:00 -- cardio + upper body
* 2.4 mile treadmill run {This was how far I ran in the time it took
Tom to do 3 miles at his "slow" pace. I was just going along with his
workout today. It was really great to work out with him again!}
* Lifting: bench press; push-ups with feet on bench; standing DB
shoulder press; DB curls; DB overhead triceps extensions; triceps
pressdown; cable flyes; front and lateral raises with exercise tubes;
