Well, it turns out that Sunday is Tom and family's "Italian feast day"
-- basically Tom's gym day off, and day to pig out -- and he does the
cooking. (He can do this and maintain his weight -- don't think it
would work well as a plan for me :-) .) Anyway, another day of too
much food. Apart from a short trip to a CD store, just hung out at the
house all day. Tomorrow morning we leave to start the drive home.
Food (all at Tom's):
* 8:00: 1 hard-boiled egg
* 9:15: 2 fried eggs w/ 1/3 oz. swiss cheese; 4 mini pancakes w/ 1 tbsp
syrup; 1 glazed donut, plus a small piece of a chocolate donut
* 1:45: sandwich w/ 2 oz. prosciutto, 1 oz. fresh mozzarella, & tomato
slices on roll; 1/3 glazed donut
* 7:30: 5 oz. steak; 3 oz. spaghetti w/ 3/4 cup homemade tomato sauce;
8 oz. wine
Totals: 2249 calories (151 from alcohol), 80g fat (32%), 227g carbs
(40%), 114g protein (20%)
