Usual gym stuff this morning, then a grocery store stop, then home the
rest of the day. The gym's group fitness schedule has changed this
month, and instead of yoga on Wednesdays we have something slightly
different: "Stretched and Balanced" -- yoga-like, but using exercise
balls a lot, and generally somewhat easier. I'm not sure I prefer it,
but the stretching and balancing are the main reasons I do yoga, so
that's okay.
Food:
* 7:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dates
* 11:00 (gym, between lifting & stretch/balance class): 1 pack Sun
Chips

cheese, dill pickle, & catsup; 1 Medjool date
* 7:30 (home): large salad w/ greens, veggies, ~2 1/2 oz. filet mignon
(the rest of the Morton's leftovers), ~1/2 oz. shredded cheddar
cheese, f/f Italian dressing; 1 glass wine (Virginia Bordeaux-style
red blend)
Exercise:

extensions; hip adductor; hip abductor
