Went for my morning run, then worked at the conservancy in the
afternoon, then went by the winery. (It got up to about 90 degrees
today -- too hot for October -- but it was nice sitting out at the
winery.)
Food:
* 9:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & raisins
* 12:15 (home): sandwich w/ ~3 oz. turkey breast on 2 slices whole
grain bread, w/ mustard
* 5:00 (winery): 2 glasses wine (Chardonnay); ~2 1/2 oz. aged cheddar
cheese
* 9:00 (home): 2 cups turkey noodle soup
Exercise:
* 8:30: 3 mile run
