Usual gym stuff this morning, then trips to the grocery store and
bank, then home. Tonight DH and I went to an Oktoberfest dinner at
the country club -- a minor splurge.
Food:
* 7:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried
cranberries
* 11:00 (gym, between lifting & yoga): 1 pack Sun Chips
* 1:30 (driving to grocery store): granola bar
* 2:00 (grocery store sample): 1 bite-sized piece of bread w/ sun-
dried tomato tapenade
* 3:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup (only ate about 2/3 of this -- wasn't
hungry enough to finish); 1 Medjool date
* 6:30 (Oktoberfest dinner): 2 glasses wine; 1 soft roll; 1
bauernwurst; 1/2 bratwurst; ~1 1/2 oz. sauerbraten; ~ 2 oz. each of
potato, sauerkraut, & green beans; 1 moderate-sized piece black forest
cake
Exercise:
* 10:15: Lifting: overhead squats; drop snatch; classic snatch; power
snatch (all these w/ 18 lb. aerobics bar -- still working on form
issues); one-armed DB power clean & jerk; clean pulls
* 11:15: 75-minute yoga class
* 12:45: Swimming: 350 meters
