Friday, 10/6: Worked all day in Dayton, then flew home in the evening.
Ate kind of a lot -- it seemed like a long day, somehow.

* 10:15 (work, brought with me): energy bar
* 12:15 (work, brought with me): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 1 cup other
veggies, 5 oz. grilled salmon, 1/3 cup fresh pineapple, 3 tbsp f/f
Italian dressing
* 6:30 (airport, brought with me): sandwich w/ 3 oz. Healthy Choice ham
& 3 slices f/f cheese on whole wheat English muffin
* 7:45 (airplane snack): 1 oz. pretzels; 1 can tomato juice
* 11:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese & 10g grated grana padano
Totals: 1849 calories, 59g fat (29%), 182g carbs (39%), 143g protein
(31%)
Exercise: None of significance -- a fair bit of walking around.
Saturday, 10/7 (today): Just hibernated at home all day -- felt the
need to after my trip, and since I'm leaving again on Monday (visit to
my mom). Skipped hip-hop class, as I was very tired this morning and
it was pouring rain -- just didn't want to go out.
Food (all at home):
* 8:00: 30g Flax Plus granola, 30g All Bran Bran Buds, 22g whey
protein, 1 cup skim milk
* 12:00: 174g turkey meatloaf w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese & catsup
* 3:15: energy bar
* 7:45: 150g filet mignon; 88g green beans; 40g grilled portabella
mushrooms
* 10:00 (planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 100g strawberries
Totals: 1350 calories, 36g fat (24%), 120g carbs (36%), 147g protein
(43%)
Averages for the week: 1535 calories, 33% fat, 38% carbs, 20% protein
