Spent the day at the wine conference. This was kind of like a regular
conference, with educational sessions and such, except with wine. Even
at breakfast there were 3 bottles of champagne on each table :-). I
attended 3 sessions: wine and chocolate, great wines with great stories
(several excellent wines that were favorites of the presenter,
Bartholomew Broadbent), and Greek wines. I skipped the 4th session I'd
signed up for in favor of a short walk and then a rest in my hotel
room. I went out for a fancy dinner with some friends, then to a
"showcase of wines". This had vendors offering tastes of some 500
wines; I tasted around 5 of them :-).
