This was the final day of the wine conference. Ate a lot and didn't
exercise at all. While I'd planned to indulge at this thing, I don't
feel that good eating this much and not exercising, and will be happy
to get back to normal (or at least the business-trip version thereof)
tomorrow. Tomorrow morning I fly out -- from the Baltimore airport --
to Dayton on business.
Today I went to a breakfast meeting (no wine this time :-) ) for
chapter chairpersons, then attended two sessions before lunch (one on
Konstantin Frank rieslings, one a discussion session on wine and food
pairing with a couple of noted chefs). After lunch I came back to my
room for a nap -- skipping one session -- then went back for one on
sherries & tapas. In the evening there was a big banquet -- just got
back. I'm skipping the dancing and drinking that followed :-).
