Spent the morning doing some things to get ready for our wine group
meeting tonight. Went for a run in the early afternoon. Later we
went to an early dinner (a sort of family Sunday dinner buffet that
our country club has started having), and then went to the wine club
meeting. (As I'm the club president, I go early do set-up stuff.)
Food;
* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & golden raisins
* 11:00 (home): 4 multi-grain crackers w/ ~1/2 oz. aged cheddar
* 2:30 (home): 3 medjool dates
* 4:00 (country club buffet): 2/3 cup minestrone soup; ~1 cup mixed
salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette; 1 slice each roast turkey breast &
baked ham; 1 large serving spoon each of au gratin potatoes, macaroni
& cheese, & steamed broccoli; cherry pie a la mode
* 6:30 -- 9:00 (wine group): ~2 glasses wine total; ~1 oz. assorted
cheeses; ~1 oz. pate; 3 bite-sized sausages pieces; bite-sized piece
of baked brie
Exercise:
* 1:00: 5 mile run (my longest since last spring)
