Spent the day working on the audit team here in Dayton. After work I
made a grocery store trip, then came back here, did a bit of exercise,
then ate my dinner and hung out for the evening.
Food:
* 7:30 (hotel breakfast bar): 5 oz. orange juice; waffle w/ 1/2 oz
peanut butter
* 10:30 (work, brought with me): energy bar
* 12:30 (work, brought with me): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 1 cup other
veggies, 5 oz. tuna (a package of Tuna Creations w/ Herb & Garlic), & 2
tbsp f/f balsamic vinaigrette
* 8:00 (hotel room): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
English muffin w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 10:30 (hotel room): 3/4 cup f/f cottage cheese
Totals: 1340 calories, 40g fat (27%), 131g carbs (39%), 118g protein
(35%)
Execise:
7:15 -- 1 mile treadmill run {The exercise room here is too hot and
humid and seems to have no ventilation, and this is about all I can
take. I figure it's better than nothing, though :-).}
7:45 -- A few sets of push-ups and crunches, plus some hamstring
stretches.
