* 1:30: 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun
w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, 7 catsup
* 4:30: 3 fiber rye crackers
* 8:00: 88g grilled salmon, 3 oz. asparagus, 2 oz. sauteed mushrooms,
4 7/8 oz. wine
* 11:00 (planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt
Totals: 1388 calories (92 from alcohol), 31g fat (20%), 110g carbs
(32%), 147g protein (42%)
