Went for a run this morning. It was a kind of cold, drizzly day, but
better earlier. After my run I went to vote and made a quick grocery
store trip (forgot to buy Diet Pepsi yesterday :-) ). This afternoon
I did a bit of housework, and tonight I'm watching election returns.
(Virginia, where I live, is a key in the Senate balance, and still too
close to call.)
Food (all at home):
* 8:00: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted
f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 11:00: Tootsie Pop
* 1:00: 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun
w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 3:45: energy bar
* 7:30: pot roast (3 oz. meat, 1 1/2 cups veggies)
* 8:15: Tootsie Pop
* 11:00 (planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
Totals: 1396 calories, 29g fat (19%), 133g carbs (38%), 153g protein
(44%)
