brief grocery store stop, then home the rest of the day. It was a
sort of stressful day due to stuff going on with my mom's health, but
things have stabilized a bit. Anyway...

* 7:45 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 11:45 (after hip-hop): energy bar
* 2:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 7:45 (home): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 1 cup other veggies, 87g filet
mignon, 12g crumbled blue cheese, calorie-free blue cheese dressing
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt
Totals: 1256 calories, 33g fat (23%), 90g carbs (29%), 149g protein
(47%)
Averages for the week: 1414 calories, 22% fat, 32% carbs, 41% protein
{A bit low, but splurged last week for Thanksgiving and have some
splurges coming up.}
