hair cut and highlighted, and then did some Toys for Tots shopping.

* 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy bar
* 1:30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 8:00 (home): 2 links chicken sausage w/ apple
* 10:30 (home): 1 fiber rye cracker w/ 21g reduced-fat peanut butter
Totals: 1347 calories, 47g fat (31%), 104g carbs (31%), 140g protein
(41%)

10:00 -- Olympic lifting: power snatch; classic clean & jerk;
deadlift; back squat
11:00 -- 75 minute hatha yoga class
