* 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ flax seed & peanut butter
* 10:00 (driving to gym): 3 slices f/f cheese
* 12:00 (driving between errands -- purchased at gym cafe): large
portion of tuna salad (no mayo, just lemon juice & seasoning)
* 3:00 (home): 6-7 whole grain crackers
* 4:00 (home): 1 square dark chocolate
* 7:30 (home): grilled tilapia (~7 oz); green beans; 1 glass wine
Exercise:
* 10:30: 1 hour hip-chop cardio class
