Went to hip-hop as usual this morning, then made a quick stop at
Trader Joe's. In the afternoon I went to a local wine shop to a
bordeaux sampling, then to the grocery store.

melted f/f cheese & 10g grated romano
* 9:30 (home): energy bar
* 11:45 (driving from gym to TJ's): 1/2 oz. cheddar-flavored rice
cakes (gym freebie)
* 1:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger buns w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 3:00 (wine shop): 2 oz. wine
* 7:30 (home): 183g turkey meatloaf; 175g sauteed green beans
* 10:00 (home -- planned): 8 oz. wine
Totals: 1423 calories (190 from alcohol), 34g fat (21%), 109g carbs
(31%), 118g protein (33%)
Averages for the week: 1458 calories, 23% fat, 36% carbs, 31% protein
