Well, back to normal today, more or less. Went to hip-hop class in
the morning, ran some errands, then home. I'm not keeping a food
spreadsheet today, as it's set up by week and it's easier to start a
new one tomorrow -- so no calorie totals -- but I will still do a log.
Food:
* 7:00 (home): 1 serving instant oatmeal w/ 22g peanut butter & 5g
ground flax seed
* 12:15 (driving around running errands): protein bar
* 2:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey burger on whole wheat hamburger bun
w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup
* 7:30 (home): stir-fry w/ 7 oz. scallops, 6 oz. stir-fry veggies, 1
tsp canola oil, 1 tsp stir-fry sauce; 8 oz. wine
Exercise:
* 10:30 -- 75 minute hip-hop cardio class {It's supposed to be 1 hour,
but the instructor got confused and just ran over, which was fine with
me -- it's fun :-).}
